Our sweets are made in step with the seasons, using only seasonal produce. All the fruit and vegetables are prepared within the Convent itself, preserving the fullest flavour, with no colourings or additives.

Whenever possible, our residents help us to prepare these delicacies — it makes them happy, they learn something new and they feel useful for being able to help. Our shop is one of the ways we continue to provide the best for those who live here.
